Waukesha Springs is looking for an experienced Business Office Manager to manage all business office functions. Responsibilities include accounts receivable/collections, financial reporting and management of resident trust funds. The Business Office Manager ensures the facility billing systems are accurate, efficient and in accordance with organization requirements. At least three (3) years of accounts receivable management and collections experience in a health care environment is required. The successful candidate must possess current knowledge of accounts receivable management, basic accounting procedures, insurance/third party billing procedures and computerized office system operation. Knowledge of Medicare Part A and B regulations is preferred. Waukesha Springs is one of the finest long-term care and rehab facilities in Waukesha, focusing on Caring Above and Beyond values to deliver quality care for some amazing older adults. The Discharge Planner facilitates admissions and discharge planning for our patients on the subacute rehab unit. Responsibities include completion of the necessary admission paperwork; addressing psychosocial, mental and emotional needs; and coordinating the discharge planning process back into the community. A Bachelor Degree in Social Welfare is required and a Certified Social Worker certification is preferred.
